Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Melia Roma Aurelia Antica Hotel at a special rate of €125 per night for single occupancy B&B and €140 per night for double occupancy B&B .

To take advantage of this special rate, delegates must reserve their room no later than 14 November 2011. Wherever possible, accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date.
